1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Shared Vision, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Shared Vision provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project
- Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the rights to any content you provide
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general techniques, skills, and experience gained during the project. We may also showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal or agreement. Late payments may result in work being paused until payment is received. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shared Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Confidentiality
We will treat all information you provide as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Completed work will be delivered upon receipt of final payment.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
